If you cancel the Tour 90 days or more before the departure date, we will refund 100 % of all your payments. Cancellations Fee : 89-60 days 15 %, 59 – 45 days 25%, 44-30 days 35%, 29-15 days 50 %, 14 days or less 70%.Ask about cancellation insurance.

European Motorhome Tours, its employees, contractors and/or suppliers of any service assumes no responsibilities for injury, death, damage, loss or delay incurred by any person in connection with the service of any train, vessel, carriage, aircraft, motorcoach, or any other conveyance or by reason of any event beyond the control of the operator or supplier of such Service. Neither EMT nor any such operator or supplier shall be held liable for any act, error, omission, or event if it becomes necessary or advisable for comfort, safety, or well being of any tour participant, or any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements. Such alterations may be made without penalty to EMT, its employees, agents or contractors. The right is reserved to change a portion of any tour should conditions warrant and/or also to decline to retain any tour participant as a member of the tour. The sole responsibility of any airline, bus, boat, vessel or train used in the tour is limited to that set out in the passenger contract in use by that carrier. The right is reserved to cancel or substitute sightseeing tours or meals, if conditions warrant. By acceptance of the tour purchase, the registrant(s) agree(s) to the terms of this agreement. Completion of registration and mailing of deposits shall constitute understanding and agreement with company policies and conditions. No refund is paid after the first day of the tour.
